Thank you for giving us the opportunity to help your cat live a long and happy life!
Due to our limited capacity, RCCC accepts new clients from a waitlist. Additions to the waitlist may be suspended if the anticipated wait time is >6 months.

The waitlist is REFERRAL ONLY. 

• Estimated time on waitlist is variable depending on doctor and staff availability.
  It may take 6+ months to move from the waitlist to an appointment. 
  
  Referrals may include: 
  1. a good friend of an active client in good standing
  2. referral by a specialist DVM

New client invitations are sent via email only.
Most communication re: lab results from doctors is via email.
Please do not add your name to the waitlist if you don't have an email account.
RCCC keeps track of the date invitations are emailed.
Offer expires if your cat has not been seen for an exam within 6 months of the invitation email. 
**RCCC reserves the right to decline service to individuals who are perceived to be difficult or abusive**
